1. We will give you $20 off your next cleaning service for any referral that you give us that leads to a new client.
2.Holidays: $15.00 additional fee per household per day (not per appointment). Holidays include Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day.
Late Payment Policy
All payments are due the day of your schedule cleaning service, a late fee will be added to your account in the total of $10.00 each day that the payment is late.
Deposit For New Cleanings\ Move outs
When scheduling move out or first time cleanings, we require a $100 deposit. Deposit should be made a week before your scheduled appointment. Please note that this deposit will be deducted from your total bill. We Thank you for your understanding.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that emergency's can happen and you may need to move your cleaning day. We would be happy to help you with any rescheduling you need. It is best to inform us 48hr in advance so we can accommodate you and our other clients.
1. No fee if cancelled 48 hours before a scheduled cleaning appointment.
2. A 50% cancellation fee if cancelled from 3pm-10pm the day before your scheduled appointment.
3. When rescheduling a cancelled appointment, your initial quoted price may increase as it may take longer to clean your home.
